1. Refund & Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are damaged or incorrect.
To request a return, please email us at info@klazzik.net with your order details and a description of the issue.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Custom prints and made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
2. Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
Shipping costs vary depending on item size:
- 6×4 prints include free postage
- 6×6, 6×8, 8×8 prints: $3 postage
- 8×10, 8×12, A4 prints: $3 postage
- A3 prints: $13.95 postage
3. Payment Policy
We accept Direct Bank Transfer only as our payment method.
Payment must be made within 3 days of placing your order.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled.
4. Privacy Policy
We collect your name, address, and email during checkout to fulfill your order and contact you if needed.
Your personal information is kept secure and never shared with third parties.
We only use your details for order processing and store communication.
